JO BEALEY
Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor
Perth, WA
Supporting individuals, couples, families, and parents to grow safer, stronger relationships within themselves, and with each other.
Jo Bealey is a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor known for her relational, attachment-based approach. With warmth and grounded presence, Jo works with individuals, couples and families navigating life’s most meaningful (and sometimes painful) journeys.
Her therapeutic work focuses on deep emotional healing, helping clients move through anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, shame, early trauma, parenting struggles, and identity shifts. Sessions with Jo offer a space to feel seen, softened into, and safely supported, without pressure or judgment.
This isn't therapy that tries to "fix" you. It’s a space for honest reflection, connection, and repair so you can begin to live and relate from a place that feels more like you.
Therapeutic Approach
Jo's work is rooted in attachment-based psychotherapy, a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach that explores how early relational experiences shape the way we connect, trust, love and show up today.
Clients are gently guided to explore the emotional imprints beneath their coping patterns, the internalised messages, the unmet needs, the inner critic and the protective parts that have worked so hard for so long.
Jo's style is warm, collaborative, and attuned. You don’t need to perform to be held here.
She meets you with presence and curiosity, helping you feel safe enough to soften, reflect and reconnect with who you really are.
